ISP throttled me because i download around 500GB a month, what's the use of having an uncapped 4Mb/s account if you can't download as much as you want?
Also feel a bit cheated when i found out Mb stands for "Mega bit" and not "Mega Byte".How much is everyone paying for internet btw?, i'm paying around R600 ($36.324) per month for 4Mb/s Uncapped (excluding line cost).
I've heard about this, but Korea doesn't have this problem. I'm running 500 Mbit (so 62.5Mbyte) speeds, though in reality I rarely get over about 40 megabytes / sec for long. But the nice thing is I can do this all day, 24/7, all month and they DON'T CARE. No limits, no throttling. Nada. Just porn porn porn until my hard drive explodes.
