haha i never managed to keep them, so i haven't done them for many years
but last year i lost my weight a bit (it wasn't intended) but it would be good to keep it up now ... and like energizer bunny i would like to improve my quality of sleep....
..maybe i should also listen to good advice and do all the medical tests that i need..
