Atlas, simply feeling bad about it or raising your voice against "horrible americans" won't really help much even the entire nation is ready to stand behind you! The problem, both in your case and the russia-america situation, isn't the presence of a stronger foreign bully, rather it's the presence of a pretty large poorly-educated and a highly gullible portion of the population, with a majority of it attributable to religion. So if you truly want to do something about it, try and spread proper education and knowledge. Foreign forces will have no say over a population that can think for itself.
