Yeah, and all of that is a measure of how much better we could have achieved those gains, which is exactly what I asked you about but you decided not to answer..but even still..have you ever stopped to wonder how many of us westerners died to secure the thing we seek to give to others?  The us wasn't built by any bloodless progress, nor was the greater western world.  It stands atop a mound of skulls, people who did and didn't know better.  Many of our own were ground to dust before we figured out how and why we were fucking up - which is a lesson that islamists have yet to learn - but I do think that you eventually will.  It's either that, or remain a death cult with no future.

You're talking to a man who dug up bodies in mass graves for repatriation and burial and was shot at by the locals for the backbreaking trouble of the effort.  It's going to be impossible to concern troll me.
