I know to well of their history, although I do have the feeling that especialy in the case of Spain, not much was done to work up the countries history.

I think the main reasons for Britain not to have extreme right wing dipshits in their parlament is probably a mix out of patriotism and how their system works.
They have an outdated 2 party system which isnt exatly the ground on which third parties could flurish.
And why should they vote for fashism when they kicked it`s ass 60 years ago and made being proud of that part of their sociaty?
