Mostly I've seen them at the beach in Southern California. As a young beach bum, there were preachers there in the summer many days, holding giant american flags and yelling about Jesus at the top of their lungs.

It isn't a common sight, so if you are hoping for the "American Christian Nutty Experience" on any trips over here, expect to be disappointed.
