The "jews" as a matter of fact popped up out of Persian nomenclature when they renamed the region Yehud.

So, no. They did not pop into existence but they did originate among the indigenous population of the Eastern Hill Region of Canaan. And they were never slaves in Egypt.

These small groups of people that formed tribes and called their religion Judaism are also not the same "Jews" of today. They long ago assimilated into other religions and cultures. The "Jews" of today have european physical features meaning that there is no "blood line to a middle eastern people long ago that called believed in Judaism. Israel like so many places outside of Europe are the result of european settling and establishing rule over non european people's and land.
The european scum in Israel should end their fascist apartheid rule over native peoples.
