Small business owners should be thrilled. I know I saw it as a godsend. Every November, insurance companies would beat the shit out of my business with their price hikes. After Obamacare, they were required to give me refunds.
Small businesses don't have any negotiation leverage with insurance companies. Large business can say, "look how much volume we're giving you, now back off on the price hikes." Small businesses have to take what they're given.
Many small business owners need to realize that our bread and butter comes from the middle class, not the top 1%. We did much better during the 90s than now. Then again, the conservative brain has trouble clearly remembering what happened more than a year ago, never mind two decades ago.
