This is a good point. Deists often see God looking at humans as not important and doesn't care much for them. The Quran put's a different perspective. That all creation worships God, and that God is their ultimate purpose and their return and their path of ascension. Furthermore that God is close and responsive to his servants, and wishes them to draw near to him and worship him, because God wishes to bestow us upon us honor and honor us through relationship with him. He created specifically that he may spread his mercy, and bestow favor upon us, and his special person lies in remembrance of him and seeing of his divine glory and beauty.
The exalted name of God in humanity calls to have a relationship with God and shows the praise of God of him having a relationship with us.
The problem is that Deism is ignorant of God's holy names and the station of divine names. Often Deists will say they believe in a higher power and won't even call him God as that acknowledges he is worthy of worship.
The love of God, his exalted wisdom, his holy friends, is missing in Deism. We become like bacteria, insignificant, and have to make our own purposes. We are left without a Guide, a clear path, and incline to the culture of our times for our values and path, rather then clear guidance of his light.
In Islam, God is called "The appreciative/thankful". He appreciates the good we do, and multiplies with blessings, and increases us in goodness the more good we do.

Just because some 'wisdom' stands out to you doesn't give it any importance to us, nor does it imply it's veracity. But if manifests exalted wisdom that is uniquely emphasized here, and you acknowledge God as Exalted Wise it's a proof. It's only if you don't acknowledge God and his holy names, that's it not a proof.
