It needed pointing at and it was only in that conversation that I did so. I still consider what you were doing flaming and I would have banned you for it, but you stopped, which is always what I am hoping for. Also, I don't have a big bad ban button. I have the ability to discuss bannings with staff. I have been overruled before and I believe I have taken part in overruling others before. There is no dictatorship here.
I should point out that my personal "relationship" with tibs has never, ever been a factor in a staff decision. I realize you did not say it, but it must be made clear. Tiberius and I are two separate people. We disagree on a regular basis.
