- State revenue is going down the toilet faster than a next-day taco nightmare
- As a result, Kansas' credit score is on the same completely predictable trajectory
- Job growth is among the very worst in the country, and Kansas is one of only five states to see unemployment rising.
- A $700m surplus has been cut in half in just one year, and will drive the state into deficit by 2016.
- Brownback is probably going to be defeated by a Democratic candidate who has state Republicans endorsing him. Just in case you forgot, this is Kansas.
- Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon, quietly admitting that this Republican fiscal fantasy is criminally stupid, vetoed his own state's effort to emulate Kansas' policies
