Only 3 - This reminds me of a couple of stories from a doctor friend. They saw a female patient who was complaining of ear ache. The couple were mistaking aural sex for oral sex.
Another young couple got confused as to why they weren't getting pregnant. Its turns out that belly button sex doesn't work. (It also sounds quite painful).
I thought aural sex was just talking about it.
