Symbolic Cannibalism, they could at least if they are going to have such a silly superstition, flavor that crap, maybe salt and vinegar or ranch.

I loved getting the eucharist as a kid.  I liked the flat taste and the way it melts in your mouth into a flavorless sticky paste. This sounds like sarcasm, but I'm serious.  I know it's wierd, but it was like eating jello or some other thing witho dd texture, it was just interesting and not something I got to do terribly often.

I was grossed out by the old ladies who wanted the priest to put it right on their tonges though.  Ewww.  I felt bad for the priest!  lol

Not like I'm going to serve it at my next Mothers day brunch or anything, it was just interesting as a kid.
