It clears the common misconception that disbelievers = non-Muslims as in people who don't believe in the true religion.  It refers to those particularly who the proof has entered their hearts and they know the truth but reject it.

What does it say about those of us who have read the message of the quran and found it out as the lying rubbish that it is?
