In my job, after my normal responsibilities, I am sometimes a go-to girl. Today we had an incident involving a 5 year old girl and a parapro, and I am now tasked with the uncomfortable job of holding conferences with the teachers, assistants, and all staff during lunch breaks about the importance of keeping your hands to yourself.
