what do girls like for guys as far as looks/personality?

as far as looks, regardless of skin color, I like girls who are lean with a nice figure, pretty face and long hair. For personality I do not know because I've never really had much experience talking to girls, but I guess I would want one that is friendly and easy to talk to.

so for girls like that, what traits do they like in a guy?
because honestly i've never really known how a guy should look or act. I look around at other guys and i never really know what guys are considered attractive for girls because to me all guys kinda look boring, dull - but girls are more interesting and beautiful in general. But i assume girls like tall guys though I am only 5'8....and I assume they like fit guys...but I notice lot of guys walk with their chest puffed out/shoulders squared and stuff, do girls like that? i do slouch a bit, should I walk with my chest out all tough guy like? I've had people say be yourself, but i've also had people say that I need to be more tough and manly, so should i be like that? It makes sense because I like girls that are girly, so i assume girls like guys who are "manly"?
tbh i feel like those guys look kinda douchey, but is that the same as how maybe some girls feel the girls in those pics are fake? What is the male equivalent of the girls in those pics i linked?
like if a guy wanted a girlfriend like that girls in those pics, then how should he look and act?
I'm asking this very sincerely, and i know at least 95% of you think I'm a tool at this point, but please humor me because I really want to know. Lot of times I have trouble getting my point across as to what I am asking, but I tried to convey my question as clearly as i could, so I hope it makes sense.

and as much as I would like to believe that one day i would find a beautiful girl who will love me for me, at the age of 27 I can see that's not likely to happen. So i want to change myself because even though I know I will probably never get a girlfriend at this point since everyone my age is pretty much taken already, I want to be able to change myself so I can wake up every morning knowing I am a great catch who just ended up being single, rather than the loser who keeps thinking he will get an angel girlfriend in heaven after he dies.
