The Crusades: an ongoing psychological disorder?

The Crusades: an ongoing psychological disorder?
Back in the past, the ruler of the Eastern Roman empire asked the European church in Rome for help against the Turks who were practicing the new religion called 'Islam'.

The Pope in Rome agreed to the proposal of his Eastern Roman counterpart, and decided to launch what became to be known as "the first crusade". Exaggerated tales were used to gather supporters, promises of wealth and heaven were given, and most importantly: the biggest act of demonetization in human history.

Demonetization of "Brown Arabs" and "Muslims" of course. "The wretched beasts who were raping the virgins and crucifying the infants"

The motives of the knights who went in these organized serieses of terrorist attacks against the people of the Middle East didn't stop up until Jerusalem fell, and was given to European-supported Jews; a proxy that carried on the terrorism.

The people in the region were decimated for a thousand year with war and external invasion; or aggression by proxies supported from the outside.

What the pope did a thousand years ago was to be carved in the cultures of the East and the West; racism became a fact between Europeans and Arabs, you don't have to be Christian to inherit an unexplained hatred for Muslims -or Arabs-looking people-; if you're an Arab or of Muslim-heritage you will be fed the hatred.

Is religion to be blamed? then what about the pope "promising the hungry European population rivers of milk and honey if they invade the Turks"?
If religion is also responsible, then why did the pope ask his knights to "ignore the 7 deadly sins" because they are forgiven anyways; if they joined the crusades?
Was christianity behind the starvation of Europe?
How is Islam responssible, after seeing the kind of civilization that grew in spain?

Why don't humans blame themselves for the destruction they cause?

Is Islamophobia a mere ongoing mutated psycological disorder that grew in the hearts of non-Muslims because of:
1-the lies of the pope
2-the horrors of the crusades
3-Bush's media and its lies -that matched the pope's lies- about Muslims?
4-The war on terror
