How to not attribute evil by misconceptions to the Quran.

How to not attribute evil by misconceptions to the Quran.
I obviously have a lot of misconceptions.

A lot of is due to my sectarian upbringing.

I don't blame hadiths, because, hadiths were always known to be a minefield, full of flowers and good food, but full of destructive mines. And I have not really read that much of them.

How to avoid attributing to Islam and Quran, misconceptions.

I would like members like Rayaan and Atlas to comment, but also willing to hear from non-Muslims, Theists and Atheists a like.

How to avoid this misconception thing where we defend evil but the Quran actually taught no such thing, and we defend it, because we interpret it like that.

I think we need help from the Prophet to interpret correctly and guides, but also, the book has to be referred to, so people don't attribute evil to the book through attributing them lies.

It's a tough process, revelation and maintaining the truth.

Unfortunately, we Muslims have failed to refer our disputes back to God and his Messenger.

We don't care. We agree to disagree and just let ourselves follow wherever the winds take us or whatever idol we choose to hold on to.
