I did the same thing, in ME2 the romance was genuinely touching and brilliant (I feel like such a cunt for saying that), but in ME3 it just felt like they gave you the minimum amount of interaction with her they could, simply because they had to.
Then the only closure you get is her putting up your name on the memorial wall (because for my amazing ending they decided I had to fucking die, yeah nice one Bioware just the way I wanted to end the entire series). What a crock of shit.
Anyway, I think we should let these poor people get back to naming their favourite games, we've ranted long enough
Lol, your amazing ending is the same as everyone else's "amazing ending." No matter what, Shepard dies, because Bioware is, nowadays at least, so fucking unoriginal that is has to recycle the stupidest, cheapest "hero trope" ever; the "ultimate sacrifice." I hate to fucking say it but for a series that was supposed to be grounded in reality and realistic character interaction it took a massive slimey dump all over the fans there by using the cheapest fucking excuse ever for a character to be venerated. Shepard did NOT need to die, Anderson did not need to die, it was basically Bioware trying to wrap up as many storylines as possible at once with the barest amount of effort.
Me and a friend of mine proposed an idea where I basically write out a better ending and release it as a "choose your path" sort of thing. Remember the Goosebumps series where you chose your adventure? Kind of like that only more advanced.
Here, I'm going to open a thread in gaming for the ME3 ending so we can leave everyone to talk of their goatee stuff and we can talk about ME3. XD

It is the only game franchise that makes me want to invest more time into the story/books. Plus the weekly DLC is as good as the core story line/game play.
I'll be honest, I've seen the gameplay, and it's not nearly so advanced as people keep claiming. Call of Duty does FPS mechanics far better, Battlefield 3 does FPS mechanics light-years-of-distance better, Dishonored does First-person-combo-gaming better. Halo 4 looks good. But it's still the same fucking formula just with newfangled styling.
Granted. I'll have to play it for two hours before that judgment of mine is cemented. That's just my "at first look" opinion.
