Not really.

I still have a 10% resistance to it whilst being a vampire, now however I have a 40% resistance to frost.

I also have a ring of fire resistance (60%), so I can use that whenever I want.

Honestly though, I enjoy the weaknesses that come from being a vampire, because if you're a character like me who sneaks and uses the darkness anyway (hell I'm called Shadow for christ sake), then really your powers just get uber effective. Also being a vampire lord kicks ass. And another also, I can use Auriels bow to block out sunlight to effectively negate all the negative effects of sunlight Big Grin
