As long as Geminis ok. I worry when people disappear for a while.

What did people think it would become when they started a thread that is essentially an invitation to post about how you might leave because someone hurt your feelings? I'm not saying it's wrong for people to post those things, but of course it gets a response. It's one of those threads that just begs to go off-topic.
ShellB as the maker of this thread I feel responsible to answer your question. What was I thinking? I was definitely thinking this thread would be a good focal point for the crazy departures, yes, because up to that point it was reduced to people putting farewell fuck yous in the most trafficked threads there are (see my example on page one). I was absolutely and totally aware of the craziness that would ensue in this thread, and I take zero responsibility, for any of it! x)
It's pretty well served its purpose.
Actually I'm rather proud of how the membership has turned this into a constructive thread for networking and keeping people updated on temporary leave or returns.
Thank you Alex for splitting the thread where it digressed, you're a good mod yes you are!
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
