Simultaneously very sore and proud of myself. I didn't get in all of my exercise goals for the day because it was 98F / 37C today and I've got two very sore ankles on top of my poor left big toe.
It was still 95 an hour ago but if I'm going to take my weight loss and fitness regimen seriously, I need to knock out my exercise goals every damn day. So I did my last almost two miles in the heat. At least it's a dry heat , which we don't usually get due to the marine influence on our climate.
Ten days into this 6 month phase I've achieved my week 4 milestone. Yay! (The goal is 35 lbs in 6 months, but my calorie budget is for 50 lbs, and if I could keep the pace I'm on - I probably can't - I'll lose more than 80.)
