How do you figure that? As long as there's no actual material evidence, like his DNA in a rape-kit, or at least some video/photos of the acts, or eye-witnesses - it's all fairly circumstantial. Famous rich people don't go to prison. Unless they f*ck with the taxman, I suppose...
