It can be hard for us to reasonably assess our own character flaws. I don't know you well enough to comment Hammy, but I get the impression from Nymph's posts that she is asserting you do this with reasonably frequency. Use it as an opportunity to think about how people perceive what you say in general, not as a chance to debate people about the merits and demerits of your actions in a specific case.
