The precise time doesn't matter to me, so long as it's about 5 hours or so before bed. I find it much easier to lose weight that way. Gets all of the digestion/absorption over and done with before my metabolism begins slowing down for the night. I also find that I can easily maintain a desired weight that way, despite eating whatever I want during the day (within reason).
Not necessarily a good idea for Pregnant Ladies, though you probably know that already. You've got enough sense to simply be mindful of not gaining excessively, rather than trying to lose.
Clearly, you don't want to see your pregnancy become a Lifetime Movie.
