I gained weight. It doesn't show on the scale, but I can tell. I started covering up my arms. Bad sign. I have been going out of town quite a bit and eating in restaurants (whatever seems delicious) and drinking heavy beer.
I decided I need to have a new plan. Simply going back to my old cardio and unimpressive work out routine won't cut it, because I'm bored with it and like food and beer too much.
So... after a change in schedule at work for other reasons, I got a personal trainer to help me work out in the mornings. I work best under pressure. Also, I'll stick to the lean foods on the menu. I won't drop beer, though. I know I won't. I'll just stop drinking on work days.
