Over here life sucks in the high risk pregnancy diet but it paid off because I lost weight and my doctor said he was very proud of me. I'm now back on track to only gain my 1lb a week and this week I've gained I think .8lb so I'm doing well.
I will tell you right now though the moment this little girl is born her father better have a whole platter of sushi and Asian noodles for me. :p
I'm predicting rapid weight loss once you evict the little bugger.

Have you ever tried Pilates? Doing that three times a week now. Really helping me a lot. It's a little like yoga but more muscle work out. You'd be great at it.
