So... I had my first weight loss class this morning. I have to keep my calories to 1200 per day and I have to weigh out or measure all my portions. Five more classes to go, five more months to go. I'm going to need to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and keep a food journal. Exercise is a must at least twice per week.
Starting weight: 261 lbs.
