If you have access to a reclined exercycle that has been the only way I can get aerobic exercise without my knee flaring up. Maybe it would work for you too. Best of luck, Joods.
I wish I was doing as well as you guys. I got up to 195ish around the holidays and elected not to sign up for the healthy eating class again as I did the last two Januaries. I'm sure it would help but there really isn't any more information I can get there and the same time is better spent at the gym. If I don't get some progress soon I may start recording everything and reporting to you guys for accountability's sake.
