I'm 202.8 today from 205.4 from a week ago. This has to be the lack of sleep as my calorie intake should not have allowed this. I do measurements the first Sunday of every month and my waist is down an inch from last month. I'm apprehensive of what happens after I start getting 8-9 hours.
