1910 was also my calorie allotment with an intention of loosing 2 pounds/week.
I've been in maintenance more now for about a year and it seems pretty easy and natural now. I no longer use food (sweets and salty things) as a reward and I limit my indulgence to one thing a day, one cookie (bought at the bakery next door, can't keep that kind of shit around here without blowing it) on a no exercise day but a scone on a day I work out. I still have something with tea first thing in the morning, but we only keep boring sweets in the house .. Belvita breakfast biscuit (2 cookies, 1/2 the pkg = 115 calories, limit 2 servings/day) or TJ breakfast bar ("This Mango walked into a bar ..", or strawberry or blueberry = 140 calories, limit 1/day). At night I can have a Mochi/ice cream dessert (100 calories) -or- rarely, one row (3 squares) of a TJ's sugar free dark chocolate bar (also 100 calories). Occasionally if we've eaten out or I think I've eaten a lot that day I may skip dessert at night. Eating out we just share a dish. If we're celebrating we might share a salad, a main course and a dessert. Oh and wine, just a small glass most nights.
