Feels good lifting a lot more then I ever have. At the same, I want barely any fat.
But I got to eat to keep fueling muscle. Feels tough getting to that 8% range.
Gonna do some Cardio like crazy today (30 min run, then 20 min stair master, then 20 min elliptical)
I think it's pretty rare for anyone to have a metabolism/body chemistry that allows them to gain muscle while losing fat. I think most bodybuilders don't even try to do it that way.
