I had a few weeks of a pretty strict diet, mostly all meat and veg, no bread, rice, oats or wheat. I just think they tend to bloat me up.
I've just finished a few amazing cheat days in a row, I had KFC, popcorn and a small amount of alcohol because my ex who I'm still pretty close with passed her driving test. Plus toast, porridge and rice and all the other stuff which I avoided.
Yesterday I had a 13 hour shift which put me on nights with the Muslims as they were breaking their fast and they shared some more fried chicken, pizza and fries with me.
My body doesn't look bloated in the slightest though, and if anything I think my body looks better but this could just be because I'm looking at myself while I'm in a better mood.
I'm back at the gym and on healthy food today but tomorrow I'm taking my daughter to blackpool zoo and might go along the beach. This means I have no choice but to eat seaside donuts or fish and chips.
I still want to stick to insane diet and exercise most of the time but I do love a few good cheat days.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
