Injury is/was minor (I hope). Just a strain on my ankle from pushing myself to-hard-to-soon, again I think. Right now I'm all good, after some time off/lighter running, but I can do 2-3 mile now without it killing me, which is nice
I have around 2 weeks left before my 10K so hoping I can get in some quality runs before then.
