That's no joke. In my very unscientific survey done from the few times I've attended a Catholic mass lately, it's easy to notice how there are very few people from around age 18-35 attending these days. Most seem to be much older, and often a Catholic service is dominated by a sea of grey hair.
If you do see young people, they're usually there with their parents. Very rarely do I see 20-somethings and not many 30-somethings.
