The context is that currently we have a few things that, when placed side by side, definately show that our reality is, was and always has been 'Expanding'.
That we can effectivly 'See' the after glow of a certain point in time of said Big Expansion is another thing regarding the 'B,E'
The speed of light limit was actually expanded on. I think it was at MIT they found that it can travel much faster than we believed possible. I'll have to see if I can find the study in a bit. I read it about 6 months ago, and have been meaning to look it up again. I'm not 100 percent sure it was MIT, but I'm still pretty sure it was.
