I had never heard of Jacob Frank. That's an interesting movement. It's always hard to tell about history, but there are serious satanists and play-acting ones. It sounds as if he was deadly serious.
I've read quite a bit about Satanist and other occult circles in late-19th century Paris. Huysmans writes about this in some of his novels, and more recently there are non-fiction books. To some extent this was dress-up, and people having fun being naughty. But of course to be a real Satanist you have to believe in God, and you have to believe in real occult forces, and you have to take seriously the fact that Hell is a big deal.
The "satanists" in the video don't come across that way to me. They wear the costumes that, in contemporary America, declare that they are rebellious people, as depicted on TV. They come across as sarcastic people who enjoy poking others in the eye.
