I am 60. I still lift weights but cardio is more important at my age. I have had to cut back on weight. Leg presses at 500 lbs when I was 40 are no longer possible unless I want surgery every week. 100lbs with more reps are indicated at my age.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!
