Use Paroxetine 20 mg daily for 7 days, then cut the dose 10mg for another 7 days, then cut the dose to 5mg for another 7 days, then again cut the dose to 2.5mg for another month.
Plus
Use Alparazolam .25 on odd days for a week.
Your anxiety and all mentioned issues will go away.
Side effects are comparatively no except addiction of Paroxetine, which you can continue for further 30day at 2.5mg at gradual decrease.Never leave it at 20mg/10mg/5mg at once.

If you feel muscular weakness
Use any pill of Vit E + Vit B12.
If you use milk take it and multivitamins are not necessary.
No need of psychiatrist.
Now after treatment go and chill.

Precautions: You may feel dizziness until you use multivitamins daily in morning.

Whenever you get some advice drop private message.

In another option you may consult your home country Neuro Physician and he/she will write the same med after fees.
Best of luck

In another option he can go and get a medical consult with a licenced physician who can run tests if necessary and diagnose the condition, if any, in person.

Taking medical advice from strangers like you’ve tried to give is like consulting webmd:  You start off with a blister on your finger and end up convincing yourself you have cancer.

I don’t give medical advice to anyone here apart from “go see your quack”!

I mentioned N.P as well.Agree with your view but the symptoms mentioned in the post are very common in my experience.
