I'll only agree on information you can safely conclude with the genetic material you've provided; if there's a test to distinguish genetic material derived from reproduction as opposed to lab manipulation, or whatever answer you're looking for, I'll concede to it.
Let's pretend genetic modification is impossible to keep your scenario somewhat concise. How do you distinguish genetic material that was inherited from a progenitor, from genetic martial that mutated during conception, by just looking at the specimens in your scenario?
