You forget it’s “unremarkable” that even the simplest of proteins to even come into existence is so improbable that it’s deemed impossible. Quite cavalier of you to dismiss the requirements for a creature, one after another, like marbles in a bowl coming to a very certain rest at the bottom center.
It fits your narrative to base your existence on sheer luck of mutations
It's not 'Sheer luck' of mutations.
It's more like the inevitable, unavoidable landslideflood of mutations.
As has already been pointed out/explained to you. Dozens if not hundreds of mutations happen in every combining of two gametes for every critter that reproduces in this fashion.
Then, even side stepping the whole "Rubbing two individuals together in a very spescial way," kind of thing we have environmentally induced changes/mutations we have radiation, chemicals and even viruses can get into the body and effect the little wriggly production on top of the shuffling and copying/transcription changes and shifts previously mentioned.
But this is a side of life you seem to want to deliberately remain in denial of.
As for "All the bits come together". So... how many legs does a Sponge have again? Or a flat worm?
You seem to not care about the myriad forms of things swimming and crawling about that barely rub two cells together, let along a whole, large, multi celled organisms. Y'know, the things we find evidence of in the oldest of rocks?
Not at work.
Dozens or hundreds of mutations?
The average human has 40,000 - 200,000 rare genetic variations 48 - 82 of which are de novo.
