I've been a Bernie boy since 2015, but, honestly, if Biden is the nominee, I'll vote for him in November. As much as I love him, and as low an opinion as I have of Joe Biden, face the facts: Biden would be the lesser of two evils. There's a lot to criticise Biden over (*inhales deeply so he can get all this in one go* His dodgy attitudes towards race, His long-standing habit of moving very slowly onto the right side of history, his sexual misconduct allegations, His STILL being against legalising weed, Writing the Crime Bill of 1994, And his generally having a hand in every failed policy since at least the eighties to 2008), but there is no possible way for him to be anywhere near as bad as Trump. Sure, he might have done some very questionable things collaborating with segregationists, but these days, Trump is actively courting white nationalists. Literally everything you can criticise Biden for, Trump is doing far worse and far more brazenly. It'll be disappointing as fuck that the Dems can't move beyond Clinton-era policies, but a strict BernieOrBust is a suicide mission the Dems CANNOT AFFORD.
