Mankind was created by God. God allows Mankind to have a mind of their own. Mankind should use it.

The needy orphans and prisoners must not be fed communally, they must fend for their own
2-The criminals:
Crime is tolerated and not punished equally, including:
-Having sex without an official contract is fine. It shouldn't be a crime because sex is under that free mind of mankind above. It can produce children and inspires obligations, go figure.
-Murder is not punished by killing the killer, such dangerous activity has a place in the world of Anti-Islam. We kill people for food (see poor above), for safety, for God's sake. You can't make martyrs pay reparations for unjust crimes. If we're all creations of Allah, why do we have the right to do the same things the murders are doing. We'll save the righteous killings and justice vs revenge discussion for later in the thread I'm certain.
-Robbery is not punished by cutting the hand of the thieve because that wouldn't even be close to fair and would make the person then disabled and classified as needy and since we're not feeding those would ultimately result in their early deaths as we are crippling their ability to survive because they're trying to survive.
