It's clear that race obsessed economically anxious whites would like us to believe that being black is a financial advantage - but..strangely, that hasn't lead to any rush to check the african american box when applying for benefits. Either they know this isn't true, or they think it is, and their fictional race is such an important part of their identity that they decide to affirm it at personal cost to themselves.
There won't be any blackness panels for the same reason that there aren't any whiteness panels. It's fundamentally meaningless, and we don't need them.
