What you are basically asking for is even more laws and even less freedom.
Basically, it's one thing to control what people can't say, but now you'd like the law to control what people must say. That's a very dangerous slippery slope.
Especially in the land of the brave and the free.
Laws will not change people's attitudes, the laws are there to reflect societies attitudes.
America is losing its way, that's for sure.

Freedom goes both ways in the land of the free. Trans people should be free to be treated with same basic care and respect as any other human being, including being addressed using the correct pronouns.
