Plus you've got totally catholic Belgium and northern France. In fact the protestant work ethic is totally dependent on where the natural resources are, and they happened, in England, to be in protestant areas.

What does it mean that they're "moving forward" with this? Is it a done deal, and the next step is implementation? Because liberal American values do NOT find a foundation in Christianity, and it's miseducation to suggest otherwise.
