My husband worked for years at Pepsi. Some time back I asked him how they "un-caffeinate" drinks. He said they just didn't add the caffeine powder. Hmmmm.
I guess a snort of it would wake a guy up if he was falling asleep at this machine...it was apparently not an uncommon occurrence.
I spent a few years sucking down energy drinks - yeah, not a good idea. I quit long before I had my heart attack but know for sure I won't ever be consuming another energy drink...guarana may sound all natural and safe but that stuff will make your heart all jumpy if you are sensitive to such.
Iced tea doesn't bother me and I don't drink coffee and very few soft drinks so my intake of caffeine is pretty consistent as I always have a glass of iced tea close at hand.
