What part of "You don't have to be good to be popular" do you not understand? There are plenty of examples. You keep repeating the same argument as if repetition will make it valid. It won't.
And apparently you don't read so good. I already said that I like ABBA. And I said I don't think they have talent meriting their popularity. If I can like sucky music then it's possible that there are a lot of other people liking sucky music as well. You just can't handle the concept that maybe you like sucky music and are being defensive.
And the flip side is equally true - it’s possible to not like a performer who is tremendously talented. Both of these are perfectly valid positions.
