1000 rounds for $410.00 comes to .41/round. Two million rounds (the amount Childress wants to donate) would come to $820 000.00.
2. Thank you.
3. You do understand that they would be getting the ammo directly from a manufacturer and not from a gun shop, right? I mean, it’s not as if Elon Musk would be on the waiting list for a back-ordered Tesla.

Lol.
There are no volume deals right now - you dreamer you....
..
Why would there be? Every round right now can be sold for above MSRP. Demand has far outstripped supply.
To be honest - I don' t know WHAT the rules are for buying ammo in the USA and shipping it overseas.......
Safe bet - you don' t either....
I just linked to a volume discount - first, I posted a link of one company selling this ammo for $1 per round, in a 20 round box. Then, I posted another link of a different company selling the same ammo for .41c per round, in a 1000 round case. It looks like if you buy 1000 rounds instead of 20, you get a 59% discount. I imagine if you’re on the board of directors of the company that makes the ammo, you could get it for even less.
You’re correct - I haven’t a clue about the rules or procedures for shipping ammo from one country to another, but I’m sure it’s doable. The international arms trade appears to be a thriving business.
