The New American Standard translates it "calamity," this is the most literal of the translations. The Hebrew word ra' can be translated as calamity and with the supporting verses that I gave this makes the most sense in the verse. All you have done is repeat the same verse with no supporting verses. I've gone through many verses about evil and the word ra' in the versions you have stated almost always translate it as evil, yet this word has many meanings that are not evil and the NAS bible has shown us how the word ra' should be translated. Remember that the NAS bible is seen by most the best and most accurately translated version. If you want to prove your point then you need to come up with some verses to support your view.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
